Our Team
Dr. Maren Pratt grew up right here in St. Louis (we know what you’re wondering; she went to Ursuline Academy!). She attended Truman State University, majoring in Biology and Spanish, before earning her DDS (Doctor of Dental Surgery) from the University of Missouri Kansas City School of Dentistry.
She then returned to St. Louis for her General Practice Residency at Mercy Hospital, where she discovered her calling to work with pediatric, special needs, and medically complex patients. To fulfill her vocation, Dr. Pratt continued her education at Saint Louis University, earning her Master of Science in Dentistry with a Certificate in Pediatric Dentistry.
Dr. Pratt opened Greentree Pediatric Dentistry in her home town of Glendale, MO to give back to the community in which she was raised. She is passionate about providing high-quality dental care to kids of all ages and abilities. That means meeting kids where they are so that even the most anxious patients can have a calm, positive experience.
Dr. Pratt became a mom in November, 2020 and enjoys spending her free time with her family, hiking, and reading with a cat on her lap. She feels blessed each day to live and work in her hometown, advocating for children’s oral health.

At Greentree Pediatric Dentistry, our mission is to meet each child where he or she is in order to provide comfortable, high-quality dental care. We believe that healthy teeth go hand-in-hand with a positive experience, which is why we are committed to providing a warm, relaxing environment with an emphasis on child-first care.
Our team of highly-specialized, compassionate, child-centered professionals recognizes that every child is unique, which is why we are devoted to ensuring a thoughtful, one-of-a-kind experience to each child who walks through our door. We understand the importance of patience and empathy when working with children who have special needs and are fully equipped to care for kids in all stages of development and with any level of apprehension. We hold ourselves to the highest standard of dental care and the highest standard of emotional care, and we believe in cultivating patient relationships based on trust and understanding.
Our Space
Our effort to make your child feel safe, comfortable, and relaxed starts as soon as you walk through our doors. Located at 10049 Manchester Rd., our office is custom-designed to put your child at ease. We worked to incorporate calming colors and elements and our entire suite is ADA compliant and wheelchair accessible.
Our unique Care Room offers a safe space for anxious kids or those with special needs. We’ve found that the more familiar an anxious child is with the people, places, and things involved in their appointment, the more likely they are to have confidence in the process. We believe in meeting kids where they are. Sometimes that means walking them through the process, spending time chatting and getting comfortable, or even forgoing the dental chair altogether in favor of lying on the floor for their dental exam.
